Economist in BGV Group Management

The group of enterprises BGV GROUP MANAGEMENT is looking for an ECONOMY to support the activities Football club "Polyssia" (Zhytomyr).

Main duties:

• preparation of annual and monthly budgets;
• preparation of monthly reporting (PL, CF) for each construction object and for the enterprise as a whole;
• participation in the preparation and agreement of contracts with contractors and sellers, tender documentation;
• preparation of applications for approval for the allocation of funds on a weekly basis;
• checking the compliance of the declared amounts submitted in applications, for exceeding the limits of the approved estimate and the compliance of the amounts in the applications with the financing schedule in the contracts;
• maintenance of the register of agreed estimates for the construction of objects and the register of payments to the LLC on a daily basis;
• verification construction documents provided by contractors in accordance with the agreed contractual price;
• preparation of analytical conclusions and reports; preparation of information for management reporting
• control of funds, flows; formation of a payment calendar;
• analysis of receivables and payables.

Basic requirements:

• 3 years of work experience as an economist, analyst;
• mandatory — 1C.8, Word , in-depth knowledge of Excel;
• ability to work in multitasking mode;
• skills in information and analytical work (classification, collection, data processing);
• responsibility, orientation for results, diligence, sociability.
