Work in the Analytics & Insight department will involve independently conducting complex econometric projects in a project team of several people in cooperation with global hub and with the client, as well as conducting econometric modeling (Marketing Mix Modeling) for leading advertisers in Poland and around the world, as well as analytical support in the daily work of client teams of the Wavemaker media agency.

We expect:

  • Very good knowledge of econometrics (or machine learning) and experience in applications in marketing
  • Knowledge of time series and panel data modeling methods
  • Advanced knowledge of R in statistical applications, knowledge of other environments for data analysis preferred, e.g. Python
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Analytical abilities, skills and willingness to work with numbers
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge of VBA preferred) and PowerPoint
  • Language skills English at a communicative level
  • Minimum 5 years of analytical experience, preferred in the media industry, including at least 2 years of experience in Marketing Mix Modeling
