REQUIREMENTS —Proven work experience asaUI/UX designer orsimilar role —Minimum 3years ofcommercial experience asaUI/UX designer —Atleast 1year ofexperience working with e-commerce domain —English level— B2and higher (the candidate should beable tocommunicate with clients, gather requirements, and suggest improvements oncalls)—Asolid portfolio that showcases your past UI/UX design projects. —Proficiency inUI/UX design tools such asFigma, Adobe XD, Sketch, orMoqups —Anadvanced understanding ofuser interface design, user experience design, interaction design, UXdesign process, user research, and usability standards. —Strong understanding ofUX design principles, user-centered design, and best practices. Personal Skill Set: —Good written and verbal communication skills inEnglish —Ateam player but can work independently, too —Combine creativity with anawareness ofthe design elements —Detail-oriented —Critical thinker —Multi-tasking and time-management skills, the ability toprioritize tasks. —Excellent interpersonal and communication skills tocollaborate with the team —Ability todiscuss and explain design options RESPONSIBILITIES Internal website: —Working with the marketing team onDigitalSuits branding and website design. —Adhering tostyle standards onfonts, colors, and images. —Designing UIelements and tools such asnavigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets. —Testing UIelements such asCTAs, banners, page layouts, and page designs for landing pages. —Developing and conceptualizing acomprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. —Create original graphic designs (e.g. images and tables)—Keep abreast ofcompetitor products and industry trends. E-commerce websites: —Apply specialized knowledge ine-commerce UXdesign tooptimize online shopping experiences. —Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies ine-commerce. —Collaborating with PMs and development teams toensure the creation and delivery oftailored UX/UI experiences for our clients. —Iteratively refine designs based onfeedback, ensuring continuous improvement. —Collaborate with clients togain insights into business goals and user requirements. —Develop comprehensive customer journeys that map the end-to-end user experience. —Identify touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement within the user journey. —Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business requirements. —Ensure designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. —Collaborate with development teams toensure the implementation ofdesigns meets usability standards. —Work closely with developers and business stakeholders tounderstand project requirements. —Identify and troubleshootUX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
