And we have a TON of fun doing it!Summary ✏️As an Intermediate eCommerce Project Manager at UN/COMMON, You will help manage, lead, and launch enterprise eCommerce websites from discovery to launch. Your expertise in project management ensures that all projects are completed on time, on budget, in-scope, and client satisfaction is always at the forefront.You'll be the primary point of contact for both the UN/COMMON delivery team and the client team, keeping them updated on project timelines and deliverables. You'll hold a high standard for quality to ensure your team is always inspired, held accountable, and deliver the highest quality work. In this role, you'll collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Designers.This is a contract position. We are only accepting applications for candidates in the North and South America at this time.What will I be doing? 👩‍💻👨‍💻Take ownership over project deadlines, budgets, and scopeManage the profitability of eCommerce projects by ensuring they are delivered on time, in scope, within budget and exceed our client's expectationsFacilitate scrum ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements)Assist with project scoping and defining development and design phasesIdentify client scope creep and when to follow change management proceduresAttend bi-weekly client project status meetings to go over budget, timelines, and deliverablesEnsuring documentation/requirements are maintained throughout the length of the projectCommunicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholdersSolving and removing blockers that may arise during the projectManaging and building relationships across the AgencyAssisting the team with administrative functions and processesAnalyzing project data and producing progress reports using Click-up, Harvest, and Google SheetsEnsure planned capacity is aligned with the team's available capacity during sprint planningRequirementsWhat do I need? 🤓3+ years of experience as a project manager in the ecommerce spaceExperience with both site re-design and re-platform projectsYou understand the fundamentals of the SDLC processFamiliar with Agile methodologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management skills and ability to organize priorities based on deadlinesAbility to adapt to changing environments and timelinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsYou can demonstrate clear past success in project profitability, scoping, estimation, and timeline controlAn ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPlease note even if you do not match 100% of these requirements - we still encourage you to apply!
