ECM Second level support specialist (fluent German) in Kyiv Strategy Consulting

Kyiv Strategy Consulting LLC is a leading Ukrainian Business Consultancy Company. Our company is a Kyiv representative nearshoring office of BDO Germany (bdo.de) - the top 5 Global leader of audit and business consultancy services.

At present we are looking for the ECM Second level support specialist with fluent German.

ECM Support Manager ensures: 

• EMC system infrastructure and technical architecture support 
• Support all types of the content and data storage, processing and delivery  content within the Company 
• Fix, process and trouble-shoot users’ requests 

Functional responsibilities:

• Basic support for users that work with the ECM System 
• Handle user requests related to system failures/breaches 
• Work with the content management requests (structure, archive, transfer) upon requests
• Process direct requests from internal customer 
• Track applications’ processing statuses, generate respective reporting
• Instruct users about the functions of the ECM System
• Present the functionality of the ECM System
• Provide methodological support: user guides and knowledge base

Professional competences and experience:

• basic technical literacy
• confident user of Excel, Outlook, Ms Teams
• advanced level of knowledge of the German language
• average level of English language proficiency
• basic skills of business process description methodologies
• Knowledge of ECM System would be a plus
