ECM/BPM Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, System Analyst in LITIKO LLC

In our portfolio of ECM/BPM systems: M-Files, Almexoft , Scriptum.BPM and Creatio (bpm'online).

Our customers are private medium and large companies in various industries. Among our clients are national leaders: ATB trading network, Taskombank, ALEF Corporation, Kyiv cardboard and paper mill, Sumy Nasosenergomash plant, UNIQA insurance company, BASF chemical concern.  

We have implemented projects in Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Duties:

• Research and analysis of customers' business processes for system implementation;
• Modeling and description of customers' business requirements;
• Writing technical tasks and project documentation;
• Training and advising users when implementing an electronic document management system;
• Configuring and testing systems.

 Main requirements:

• 2 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting business process automation systems; 
• Experience as a business analyst, implementation consultant;
• Ability to identify, capture and satisfy automation system configuration requirements;
• Business process description skills;< /li>
• Communicability, ability to work with people, analytical thinking;
• Proficient written and oral communication (Ukrainian, Russian), experience in business communication;
• Be a team player and work on the result;
• Completed higher education in the field of IT, management, economics, natural sciences;
• Experience with ECM/SED, BPM, CRM, ERP, Low-code/No is welcome -Code

• Fully official salary, Salary+bonus depending on implemented projects;
• Trial period of 2 months;
• Official registration - paid vacation (20 working days) and paid sick leave;
• Standard work schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: 00, can be slightly changed at your request;

• We have an office, but the main mode of operation is remote work.
