Serpstat is looking for an Email Marketing Manager who can implement interesting ideas in the shortest possible time and develop in the direction of scaling and retention. Our specialist will be involved in product and marketing newsletters, their writing and design. Serpstat informs its partners, subscribers and users about important events, new features, and also provides useful information from the world of SEO and AI. The e-mail database already has several hundred thousand users and will grow. Your skills: 2+ years of experience in E-mail marketing. Experience in B2B/B2C segments, availability of cases and work with different countries of the world (focus on B2B). Experience in conducting A/ B testing and process optimization. Work with mailing databases (SendPulse, eSputnik and others). Good command of the Ukrainian language, literacy. Knowledge of English at the Uppet-Intermediate level. Basic knowledge of HTML. The ability to easily find a common language with people. Flexibility in decision-making: you build and adhere to a strategy, but you can abandon it if the result of the work does not meet expectations. Developed analytical skills. It will be a plus: — ownership of Stripo, Zapier. The team is waiting for you: Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns and E-mail marketing strategies within the general framework project strategies. Building effective chains of 4+ regular e-mail newsletters per week with a total number of 200+ K active subscribers. Built design development of new templates and work on existing ones. Development of effective content plan for e-mail newsletter projects together with Head of Content. Personalization and audience segmentation. Proactively make suggestions for testing new mailing strategies. Conduct an analysis of the effectiveness of mailings and propose effective solutions. Prepare reports.
