E-mail marketing manager (retention), affiliate in Unidad

We are Unidad, a media buying company , which has been successfully operating on the market since 2018. We are currently looking for a Marketing manager (affiliate).

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Building and implementing end-to-end strategy in channels: email, push, sms , telegram, etc.

Adaptation of the entire team's communications to online channels, setting tasks for contractors, designers and developers.

Automation of retention, customer conversion and increase of the average check.

Conducting regular mailings to clients: e-mail, SMS, Push, Telegram (generation, writing of texts, development and layout of templates for mailings in eSputnik, TurboSMS, etc.).

Analysis of competitor mailings (pluses , cons, offers, traffic to the site, frequency of mailings).

Analytics, work on efficiency, improvement of KPI and LTV of clients.

Participation in the development of promotional offers, CRO.

Participation in projects to increase the subscriber base.

Efficiency tracking, optimization of expenses and control of budgets.

Conducting analysis and generating reports based on implemented communications/activities in accordance with set goals , evaluating their implementation and providing recommendations for improving efficiency.

YOU ARE SUITABLE FOR US IF YOU HAVE:

Similar successful work experience of 1 year or more.

Sure knowledge of mailing services/experience working with them.

Good knowledge of the basics of email/viber newsletter copywriting, etc.

Understanding the basics of working via email: CAN-SPAM requirements , segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, A/B testing.

Sure professional knowledge of PC and Internet, Google Sheets and Excel.

Sure knowledge of (primarily written) English language.< /p>

Quick learning skills and willingness to work efficiently.

ADVANTAGES WILL BE:

Experience working with white and gray verticals.

Knowledge of the basics of HTML.
