• Development and implementation of a development strategy by channels communications (email, sms, push) to increase efficiency
• Setting up mailing chains, automation of communications, trigger mailings
• List segmentation, audience differentiation,
• identifying the needs of the target audience audience and adaptation of letters according to these needs, use of personalization
• development of letter templates, layout of templates, adaptability of web\mobile
• Analysis of the effectiveness of mailings, A/B testing, collection of statistics and introduction of relevant correction;
• Conducting communications analysis and forecasting key performance indicators

It is important for us:

• Experience of working with senders (ESP,CDP) (eSputnik, Sendpulse, Activecampaign, Selzy, HubSpot and others)
• Ability to work with Google Spreadsheets and Excel
• Ability to build a domain reputation and warm it up,
• Understanding spam filters and DNS records.
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS, working with API and JSON
• Experience in CRM
