We need a specialist who has: experience work in e-mail marketing for at least 3 years, mainly in the field of iGaming, Fintech or e-commerce, knowledge of the basic principles and tools of e-mail marketing, understanding of methods of audience segmentation and optimization of indicators, experience of working with services for creating and sending newsletters, such as Customer.io. etc. basic knowledge of HTML & CSS basic knowledge of JSON, ability to work with webhooks working with Google Analytics, PowerBI or other analytics systems experience in hypothesis generation for A/B testing, their validation, verification, analysis of results deep knowledge of customer segmentation and peculiarities of work at each stage of the life cycle ability to connect, configure the necessary tools for work (set tasks for the developer) experience in analyzing indicators and using them to optimize the e-mail marketing strategy knowledge of the English language — upper-intermediate attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work in a team and meet deadlines Functional: development and implementation of an e-mail marketing strategy to retain current customers and return customers adaptation of content for e-mail mailings, including texts and images, creation and optimization of targeted e-mail campaigns, including promotions, news, information about bonuses, etc., segmentation of the audience for the most effective mailing, taking into account the interests and preferences of users, creation of ideas for optimization and support of communication channels communication with users (email, sms, push) analysis of e-mail campaign effectiveness indicators: opening of letters, clicks, conversion strategy optimization based on the received data interaction with designers, copywriters and other specialists to create high-quality mailings conducting A/B testing determining the most effective strategies and tactics e -mail marketing, monitoring of changes in requirements for e-mail marketing, implementation of necessary changes in work, support of user activity and their interest, creation of management and control of all types of communication with users, study of user behavior and search for approaches for the user to fulfill project goals, implementation of new ideas in the project, retention of company customers, as well as improvement of indicators of the department of documentation management for projects of the Company offers: mentoring from company leaders throughout the trial period — 3 months, a professional adaptation program with the support of the HR team, a comfortable office in Kyiv on the Left Bank, ambitious tasks, opportunities for their implementation, the opportunity to realize your potential and develop together, lunches at the office, the company's account, a snack bar in the office: protein and cereal bars, tea , coffee and even vegetable milk :)
