POSITION: E-mail marketer / Direct marketing specialist

FUNCTION: Marketing (Department of marketing in the digital channel)

LOCATION: Kyiv

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:

We are looking for an energetic and creative specialist who will be responsible for effective regular communication with the client base through direct marketing channels.

The main task of the role — ensuring synergy between the creation, adaptation and implementation of communication messages, hypothesizing and segmentation of customers to increase engagement, retention and sales.

The specialist will work closely with teams responsible for marketing activities, with creative and communication agencies, developers and other service providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of the annual strategy and quarterly review of the approach to Direct communications.
• Maintaining the relevance of the customer base (RFM analysis, scoring), forming hypotheses and segmenting customers for tactical and trigger communications, analyzing their impact on engagement and sales.
• Development, verification and updating of the content plan for tactical and trigger mailings.
• Creation of text and visual messages for targeted and trigger communications.
• Collaboration with internal teams to develop segmented and personalized omnichannel communications for the current client base.
• Execution of mailings via channels: SMS, Telegram, e-mail, web-push.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of communications with the help of analytical tools (eSputnik, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
• Participation in conversion improvement projects on own platforms, preparation of reports and analytical conclusions on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Required experience, skills and knowledge:

• Higher education and from 3 years of experience in the field direct marketing.
• Practical experience of working with large customer bases, data analysis, segmentation and life cycle management of customer segments.
• Successful experience in attracting, retaining and returning users via SMS, Email, messengers (eSputnik or similar systems).
• Experience in automating omnichannel campaigns and understanding the principles of omnichannel and planning communication tools.
• Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) and a high level of knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Project management skills: setting tasks, controlling deadlines, writing technical tasks.
• Ability to systematicallysearch, analyze the results of campaigns and form conclusions for further optimization.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
