Main duties

• Participation in the development of email strategy

• Planning and launching email newsletters (promo, trigger, segmented campaigns), understanding the logic of automated scenarios

• Composition of letters in the editor, content adaptation, testing, A/B testing, launch

• Performance analysis: OR, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes, and preparation of reports with recommendations

• Working with the eSputnik platform

• Writing scripts, interacting with developers to implement events, integrations

Skills and competencies

• Confident knowledge of mailing platforms - eSputnik or Sendpulse, Klavio

• Attention to detail and initiative in proposals

• Ability to work with metrics, report by direction

• The ability to briefly and clearly formulate tasks for the technical team

• Proficient written communication and practical experience in email marketing

• Additional courses in digital marketing and email marketing will be a great advantage

Experience

• Experience in email marketing from 1 year

• Experience with mailing systems (Sendpulse, eSputnik or others)

• Understanding and working with basic fotypes of email newsletters: promotional newsletters, trigger letters, chain letters

• Understanding the features of layout for email

• Basic experience in database segmentation for mailing
