• The main task is to work with a base of regular customers.
• Work with mailing services.< /li>
• Develop an omnichannel communication strategy for activation, return and retention of users.
• Create, maintain and optimize mass and trigger mailings.
• Segment the audience, work with cohorts and groups users.
• Participate in the development of a personalized loyalty program.
• Analyze user profiles and their behavior in order to create relevant offers and messages for each user segment.
• Work in a team with a designer, copywriter and content manager.

What skills will you need:

< li>Experience in e-mail marketing, e-commerce is mandatory.
• Understand internet marketing in general and retention marketing in particular.
• Experience in working with esputnik mailing services, turbosms, stripo and similar.
• GA skills: ability to analyze results and draw conclusions.
• Understanding LTV, RFM, ability to independently build reports.
• Knowledge google sheets, MS Excel.
• Understanding CR, CTR, OR metrics.
• Understanding cause-and-effect relationships, and the ability to reasonably explain actions aimed at returning and retaining customers.
