Friends, we are currently looking for a specialist in training and development  (E-learning)

Your future functionality:

• analysis of training needs of the organization and individuals divisions.

• development of electronic courses, trainings, interactive modules and educational materials.

  
  

• administration and support of the learning platform (LMS).

• optimization of user experience in educational systems.

• testing and implementation of new technologies in the field of e-learning.

• monitoring the effectiveness of training programs, preparing analytics and reporting.

• cooperation with experts in content, HR and personnel development managers.

• support and advise users on the use of educational platforms.

Our candidate has:

• higher education
• experience in the field of E-learning is desirable
• mastery of tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Canva, PowerPoint, Moco

• understanding of instructional design: goal analysis, content structure, scenarios, learning logic.

• experience with AI tools for learning
