You are our person if:

• You understand all the processes that take place inside the e-commerce site and inside the Shopify cabinet or a similar CMS: you understand the working mechanisms of the platform, financial and logistical processes of the platform;
• You know the basic principles of building a sales funnel for an E-commerce project;
• You have experience in analyzing the client's customer journey on the site, you can draw conclusions and suggest improvements (write technical specifications) to the design mockup of the site element or advertising creative;
• You have experience in managing the content and products of the online store;
• li>You know how to create content for advertising mailings (from texts to editing banners); or write a clear TOR for a copywriter and designer;
• You have experience in E-mail marketing;
• You have upper-intermediate English and above;
• In you have good time management, a sense of responsibility, you know how to close tasks turnkey.

What needs to be done:

• Perform the entire set of tasks that directly affect sales and site performance;
• Completely manage site products, content and any information necessary to ensure sales;
• Monitor the correct operation of all apps on the site, financial systems that serve the site;
• Work on increasing CR and Customer Retention; comprehensively engage in e-mail marketing;
• Coordinate contractors (copywriters, designers, programmers, etc.);
• Systematically coordinate actions with other company departments (marketing, support, logistics, IT) .
• Execute the operational instructions of the head of the department, which are related to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the site and advertising channels.

The advantage will be:

• Understanding the operation of Google Ads, Meta advertising cabinets and the main advertising metrics of the site (CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS etc);
