Responsibilities Editing engaging content on Ergobaby and Tula websites. Supporting email marketing activities, including creating, sending and tracking results. Implementing SEO strategies in multiple languages to increase website visibility. Coordination of translations for websites and e-mails - effectively reaching diverse audiences. Providing support to E-commerce Managers in the EU, including assistance with product listings, monitoring affiliate programs, updating the website and managing product availability. Generate detailed reports to analyze website performance and promotional activities. Managing and moderating user-generated content. Monitoring websites for technical problems and compliance of online and in-stock quantities. Developing engaging promotional content for emails. Providing timely and valuable email support to website and email correspondence managers. Assist with large website development initiatives, including content migration and bug testing. Requirements Minimum of one year of professional experience in e-commerce, website management or related fields. Fluent knowledge of English required, an additional advantage will be good knowledge of one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish Documented experience in working with a dynamic team, under time pressure and with reliable deadlines. Very good software and computer skills, experience with web, email or e-commerce software preferred. Important advantages will be: knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify software, experience with Klaviyo/DotDigital, basic knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics, SEO. Exceptional planning, coordination and management skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
