E-Commerce project manager in CORE Team

Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturing company that manufactures and successfully promotes goods for hobbies and modeling abroad. Key tasks: Development and implementation of an online store development strategy to ensure sales growth in terms of volume and margin. Implementation of projects aimed at the development of the direction: o Redesign and refactoring of the site. Integration with ERP. Operational management: o Budgeting, Pn. Operational planning of the commercial activity of the online store. Analysis and optimization of business processes: o Improvement of productivity and efficiency of the business unit. Conversion optimization (CRO) Development and optimization of logistics, search and connecting other delivery methods. Optimization of the order, delivery and payment processing process. Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Ensuring technical development and finalization of the project. Coordination of the work of logistics and customer support specialists. Requirements: Practical experience in implementation commercial strategy for the development of E-commerce, preferably with international coverage. Expert understanding of UI/UX, CRO strategies, modern functionality, interaction of the site with other platforms, aggregators, payment systems, delivery Experience in using digital marketing tools.
