E-Commerce project manager Kyiv, remotely Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturing company that manufactures and successfully promotes goods for hobby and modeling abroad. Key tasks: Development and implementation of an online store development strategy to ensure growth in sales volume and margin. ● Implementation of projects aimed at the development of the direction: o Redesign of the site's tariff factoring. oIntegration with ERP. ● Operational management: oBudgeting, PnL oOperational planning of the commercial activity of the online store ● Analysis and optimization of business processes: oImproving the productivity and efficiency of the business unit oConversion optimization (CRO) oDevelopment and optimization of logistics, search and connection of other delivery methods. oOptimization of the order process, delivery and payment processing. ● Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. ● Provision of technical development and development of the project. ● Coordination of the work of logistics and customer support specialists. Requirements: Practical experience in implementing a commercial strategy for the development of E-commerce, preferably with international coverage (Amazon, E-Bay). ● Expert understanding of UI/UX, CRO strategies, modern functionality, site interaction with external platforms, aggregators, payment systems, delivery. ● Experience in using digital marketing tools. ● Experience in managing operational activities, systematizing business processes. ● Experience working as a GA4 website analyst. ● English language not lower than B1 level.
