E-Commerce Product Owner in Respect Energy Holding S.A.

We are looking for a person to join the project to develop a new sales channel at Respect Energy!

As part of this project, we are developing an e-commerce platform to present the product offer and to support our sales processes of renewable energy ( renewable energy).

The project is crucial for our domain - we are looking for you if you feel overall responsibility for the product you are building and developing, you feel comfortable in cooperation with stakeholders from various areas and you are an independent, self-confident person, you can justify the decisions you make design decisions.

Respect Energy's activities are based on several pillars, including: international trade in electricity, property rights and guarantees of origin, as well as sales of energy to end users and activities promoting access to clean energy. Respect Energy invests in infrastructure for the production of green energy, mainly in wind and photovoltaic farms, thus expanding its portfolio of renewable energy sources and expanding its offer to customers. The company currently operates on 24 markets and cooperates with a group of over 1,000 energy producers.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in e-Commerce in a similar position
• Experience in designing e-Commerce sales processes
• Ability to create new functionalities , based on data and business recommendations
• Good understanding of product management processes (discovery, roadmap, prioritization, backlog management)
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary product teams
• Analytical skills, ability to make decisions based on facts
