JOB DESCRIPTION:

As E-commerce Marketing Manager you will be responsible for < b> management and development of our e-commerce business on the Ukrainian market . Key responsibilities include creating and implementing a marketing strategy, managing advertising campaigns and optimizing user experience in the online store. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the field of e-commerce, including experience with platforms such as Magento, and analytical skills enabling effective online sales management.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creation and implementation of the brand's online sales strategy on the Ukrainian market.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales results, website traffic and recommending actions.
• Implementing SEO, SEM, UX/UI activities to optimize the store.
• Analysis of user behavior and implementation of changes aimed at improving customer experience.
• Monitoring market trends and competition activities.
• Budget management.
• Supervision of logistics and customer service in the online channel.
• Selection of service providers and supervision of cooperation.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in scaling online business in the Ukrainian market.
• He communicates fluently in Ukrainian and Polish.
• Has experience in CMS Magento, has practical knowledge of implementing content on the website.
• Has practical knowledge of tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc.
• Demonstrates knowledge of e-commerce trends prevailing on the Ukrainian market.
• Speaks English at a level that allows for free communication.
