Basic requirements: Work experience in any company from 1 year; Knowledge of Excel and 1C will be a plus; Ability to work with a large amount of data. Functional duties: Issuing applications for refunds ; Carrying out in 1C the realization of funds from partners; Checking the correctness of the receipt of orders from the personal account to the 1C database and exchanging statuses; Processing information from paid returns; Answering service center requests; Reconciliation with the accounting department for the amounts of funds received from partners; Preparation of content for uploading to partners; Support of partners; Control of shipment of orders and acceptance of returns to the warehouse; Basic administration of the site (setting up certain functionality on the site).
