Requirements: Experience in management positions in the field of e-commerce; Knowledge of basic data analysis and web analytics tools; Ability to work in e-commerce platforms and CRM systems; Knowledge of the specifics of online sales; High responsibility, organization and communication skills; Knowledge of the English language — Intermediate and higher; High communication and organizational skills; Desire to develop and work in a team; Ability to build and train a successful team of managers. Responsibilities: Planning and budgeting ( incomes/expenses); Participation in the formation of a multi-channel marketing plan, taking into account the specifics of electronic sales; Analysis and monitoring of competitors (seo, ads, trends, merchants); Strategy for the technical development of web/m — KSD services (tech); Analytics of e/m commerce — sales, behavior, traffic sources, engagement (ga4, Firebase, hotjar, Flurry); Hypothesis testing of interface changes (A/B, multi-level) (FireBase, GA4); Local search engine analytics. changing product cards, purchasing products from partners (multisearch); Work with marketplaces (budgeting, payments, problem solving) — Rozetka, Prom; Work with contractors to ensure e/m commerce (Colocall, UApay, GetPin, Zanox, PrimeLead, SSL. com.ua, DataGroup, Google LLC); Control and/or management of advertising (Google.Ads, merchant.center, Meta ads); Work with mailing services (design, planning, budgeting, payments) (gms.net, sendpulse); Control of getting into filters, spam emails (Postmaster tools); Work with online maps to ensure the effectiveness of offline points of business (GetPin, Gmaps, etc.); google bots, etc.), setting up technical specifications for a web developer, change editor to improve positions.
