LOCATION:m. Kyiv
KEY DUTIES:
- Participation in creating a strategy for the development of own and partner e-commerce stores and its further implementation
< li>Ensuring the up-to-date presentation of products and services in own online stores and partner companies- Ensuring the launch of new products, supporting tactical activations on own/partner e-commerce platforms
- Improving the conversion rate of own e-commerce platforms through constant UI/UX changes and active interaction with user engagement channels (SEO, Direct, Paid Media)
- Monitoring and achievement of key e-commerce indicators
- Regular analysis sales and creating a proposal to increase sales volumes
- Conducting campaigns aimed at increasing sales volume, conversions and growth of the client base through interaction with agencies and related functions
- Analysis of competitors, as well as others players of the e-commerce industry in order to apply best practices
- Ensuring integrations with third-party services necessary for the functioning of e-commerce through interaction with technical teams
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES :
- Higher education
- Work experience from 2 years as an e-commerce manager
- Experience in project management and product launch with "zero"
- Experience of working effectively with a team and managing contractors
- Communication skills to communicate with internal and supplier teams
- Deep technical expertise, understanding of the principles of operation of the main CMS, e-commerce, development environments. Clear understanding of the principles and stages of the full development cycle
- Analytical skills to evaluate data and make decisions based on it. Ability to analyze web analytics data (e.g. GA4, Hotjar) to improve marketing and sales strategies
- Understanding customer journey and sales funnel
- Understanding UI\UX, SEO principles
- Deep understanding of user engagement channels
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb large amounts of information
- Above average English level
