We are the Lviv Chocolate Workshop — a well-known chain of coffee shops/shops (https://www.chocolate.lviv.ua) that specializes in the production and sale of handmade chocolate products. We invite to our team an E-commerce Development Manager who has experience in project management, understands consumer psychology, feels market trends and knows how to develop strategies to attract customers. Functional duties: development and implementation of e-commerce project strategies: responsibility for planning, implementation and improvement of strategies in order to increase sales and implementation new methods for attracting customers; management of online platforms: coordination and optimization of the work of virtual trading platforms, including monitoring and analysis of effectiveness, ensuring relevance and attractiveness of content; data analysis and reporting: conducting analysis of e-commerce results, preparing reports on website traffic, conversions and other key metrics; development of marketing campaigns: development and implementation of marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, optimization and development of content for social networks; online store management: responsibility for content management, product updates, optimization of the ordering process and ensuring quality customer service Company expectations: 2 years of experience in E-commerce; knowledge of basic marketing concepts (sales funnel, attraction, retention and stimulation of customer loyalty); creative approach to work and the ability to create unique offers; high-level communication skills.
