Responsibilities: Provide technical support for e-commerce services Candidate requirements: IT experience: 3+ years of IT experience, in particular in the administration of e-commerce or similar systems Knowledge of the operating system: deep understanding of the Linux OS, including working with the command line , file system, user and group administration, software installation and configuration. Apache Tomcat or Apache Tomee administration experience: hands-on experience managing and supporting application servers based on Apache Tomcat or Apache Tomee. This includes installing, configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting these servers.Knowledge of Network Protocols: Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS. It is important to be able to set up network connections and diagnose communication problems. Knowledge of databases: basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL. Ability to create and execute SQL queries and procedures is essential.Experience writing scripts in Bash and Python.Experience with Ansible.Knowledge of modern collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira.Problem-oriented skills: candidate must have the ability to identify and troubleshoot e-commerce operations and related systems. The ability to work under stressful situations and react quickly to problems is essential.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with other team members, customers and suppliers.English Language: English level - Intermediate and above. It will be a plus: Knowledge of international standards PCI DSS, PCI 3DSKnowledge of payment technologies and e-commerceExperience in the development and writing of regulatory documents
