Role description:

Forbes Ukraine is looking for an experienced e-com manager with of sales, who will manage our online sales, including sales from landing pages, website subscriptions and event tickets. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in driving e-commerce growth, optimizing sales and improving the customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Market and competitor analysis:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Evaluating consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies and increase sales.
• Sales management:
• Conducting and implementing sales strategies on e-commerce platforms, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Development and management of sales plans to increase subscriptions and ticket sales for events.
• Management of business processes:
• Modernization of the e-commerce platform (forbes.ua) and expansion to new sales channels.
• Improving customer service and maintaining a high level of online service.
• Coordination with marketing teams on digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media.
• Partnership and coordination:
• Collaboration with development, design and marketing partners to achieve common goals.
• Participation in the creation of marketing plans, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Logistics and feedback:
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of products and services to end users.
• Monitoring and working with customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Optimization and automation:
• Identifying opportunities to optimize and automate sales and customer service processes.
• Implementation of tools and technologies to improve work efficiency.
• Budgeting and cost management:
• Budget management and cost optimization within established limits.

Qualifications:

• Work experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or online sales management.
• Experience in successfully increasing e-commerce sales and managing the sales funnel.
• Technical skills:
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analytics.
• Experience with content management systems, web analytics, SEO, SEM and email marketing tools.
• Leadership and Communication Skills:
• Strong leadership skills with team and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
• Additional skills:
• Creative approach to problem solving and result-oriented.
• Experience with such tools as 1C, Excel and Google Analyticscs.
