For the dubbing department, we are looking for a Project Manager (Dubbing) who will develop strong relationships with dubbing studios around the world, manage the creative strategy localization of original content, will coordinate the work of a team of translators, internal teams and external suppliers, will have an impact on the success and quality of projects of the dubbing department, which have an audience of millions around the world. What you will achieve in this position:
You will build and develop strong relationships with dubbing studios around the world, providing access to the best talent and resources.
You will organize and control the processes of translation, quality control, recording and creation of subtitles for product videos.
You will coordinate work with internal teams and external suppliers, focusing on deadlines and according to budgets.
You will research and prepare detailed dubbing documentation for our localization partners, providing clear instructions and guidelines for the dubbing process
You will provide casting notes to dubbing studios and approve casting as needed, ensuring that the voice talent is the best fit for the project
You will look for innovative approaches to the organization of creative/operational work processes, questioning existing systems and improving them
For this you will need:
Strong navinternal project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines and organizational experience
Experience in dubbing projects for film and television (or in a related field) p>
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
High level of English proficiency span>
Knowledge of dubbing processes and technologies, including dubbing studios and recording equipment.
Education in a related field (eg film, television, communications).
