The company is bringing its first drone models to Ukraine. Role overview: To support the market entry, Neros is searching for a technically-minded Drone Integration & Test Specialist who would support the end users in adopting and using Neros drones. What you will do:Spend significant time with end users to understand their requirements, pain points, and the real user journey of Neros drones.Provide technical support to end users, assisting with onboarding and troubleshooting drones and software.Collaborate with local vendors to integrate hardware and software solutions.Prepare and maintain user and technical documentation.Run the certification process for Neros drones as the test pilot and coordinator, involve additional specialists as freelancers or staff.Develop new applications for Neros products by working with end users, vendors, and the internal team.What you need:Extensive knowledge of FPV drones, including piloting skills and practical experience with drone production and setup (Soldering, Betaflight).Education in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields.Knowledge of drone hardware and software.Military background.At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.Ukrainian speaker located in Kyiv.Ability to travel frequently within Ukraine.High attention to details.Experience working in unstructured environments.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Interview process:Recruiting Interview - 45 min;The first round of Interview - 60 min;Final Interview with CEO & CTO - 60 min;Thanks for your interest!
