Joining us you will be able to earn a decent salary while working in Ukraine, communicate with native speakers and master a profession in logistics!What we are looking for in a candidate:English — B1 or higher (it is a MUST)You are okay with the schedule: Mon — Fri 15:00 — 01:00Experience working with CRM/TMS systemsYou have strong verbal communication, decision-making, negotiation and time-management skillsGood organisation of work-flow and ability to set prioritiesPreferred: Prior experience working as an HR/Recruiter/Sales managerExperience working with native English speakersResponsibilities:Interview and hire drivers Accompanying and supporting drivers, resolving conflictsRequest, gather and check all necessary paperworkKeep all documents compliant and up-to-dateSurf net to find and analyse new sources of leadsPost adds and contact new applicantsProblem-solving and human touchWhy choose us?
