Context
received a unique opportunity to build infrastructure, putting inclusivity and accessibility at the center of attention. Barrier-free Office, created under the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
The office functions with the support of NGOs within the framework of the European support program.
We are currently looking for a Coordinator for cooperation with donors, who will develop, coordinate and support partnerships with international donors and funds for the implementation of initiatives for the development of inclusive and barrier-free infrastructure throughout Ukraine.
Main responsibilities
Working with partners and donors (85%) transparent communication with donors, organization of meetings, presentations and preparation of reports on achieved results.
• Coordination of interaction with international partners to exchange best practices and integration of best practices in the field of accessibility.
• Monitoring and active participation in international conferences, forums and other events to present the project and establish new partnerships.
Team coordination and control (15%)
• Ensuring compliance with rules and procedures defined by Ministership.
• Supporting a culture of cooperation and responsibility in the team.
• Ensuring the implementation of organizational procedures and solving complex coordination issues.
• Mentoring and developing the potential of team members.
• Supporting strategic and political dialogue for the effective implementation and visibility of the program.
Required Qualifications
Education:
• Master's degree in political science, law, international development, or related field is required;
• Additional certifications, professional training or awards are preferred.
Experience:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of public administration, international cooperation or related fields;
• Experience of cooperation with donors and international partners is an advantage;
• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating and supporting meetings with international delegations, partners and donors;
• Ability to analyze public policy within the project and provide reasonable recommendations.
Skills:
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (oral and written);
• Excellent writing, editing and documentation skills;
• Developed analytical thinking and critical approach;
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage several tasks at the same time;
• Experience in public speaking and presentations.

As Ukraine undertakes post-war recovery, a unique opportunity has emerged to rebuild with inclusion and accessibility at the forefront. The Barrier-Free Office, established within the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
The Office is supported by an NGO as part of Europe’s assistance.
We are currently seeking a Donor Partnerships Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and maintain partnerships with international donors and foundations to support inclusive and accessible infrastructure initiatives across Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & donors Engagement (85%)
• Seek and build strong relationships with international grant-makers, foundations, and organizations whose activities align with the "Barrier-Free Movement" project's goals in the fields of inclusion, reconstruction, and social development.
• Prepare project proposals that meet donor requirements, with the aim of attracting necessary funding.
• Oversee and support projects and educational programs funded by donors, ensuring their effective implementation.
• Maintain continuous and transparent communication with donors, organize meetings, presentations, and prepare reports on achieved results.
• Coordinate interaction with international partners for the exchange of best practices and the integration of advanced experience in the field of accessibility.
• Monitor and actively participate in international conferences, forums, and other events to present the project and establish new partnerships.
Team Coordination & Oversight (15%)
• Ensure that the rules and procedures which the Ministry has determined are respected;
• Support a collaborative and accountable team environment.
• Ensure adherence to organizational procedures and resolve complex coordination challenges.
• Coach and develop team members’ capabilities.
• Enchance for strategic and political dialogues for the smooth running and visibility of the programme
Required Qualifications
Education:
• Master’s degree in Political Science, Law, International Development, Public Administration, or International Business(or a related field) is required;• Possession of additional certificates, professional training, or awards is considered an asset.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in public administration, international cooperation, or related fields;• Experience in maintaining collaboration with donors and international partners is considered an asset;• At least 2 years of experience coordinating and supporting meetings with foreign delegations, international partners, and donors;• Ability to analyze public policy within the framework of the project and provide informed recommendations.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (both written and oral) is required;• Excellent writing, editing, and documentation skills;• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities;• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks;• Proven presentation and public speaking skills;•
