We are looking for passionate, innovative, results-oriented specialist with heart-deep commitment to success to be a part of our company.Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies:Professional skills: Experience in technical writing 2+ years. Experience in customer support. High proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Good knowledge of tools (MS Word, Excel, XML, Jira). Technical document creation and maintenance. Expert level specialist with Microsoft Word. Clear understanding of compliance and validation documentation requirements. General skills: Advanced level of English (reading/writing). Quick understanding and learning abilities. Ability to work on several tasks in parallel. Responsibilities: Plan, create, and modify technical documents, including user specifications, internal SOPs, manuals and maintain the FAQ knowledge. Analyse information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation, reports. Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team. Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed. Consult software and technology subject matter experts to review, modify, and revise complex documentation for all levels of product knowledge.Assess and evaluate the employee needs and level of knowledge relevant to technical documentation. Collaborate with managers and functional team members to study instructions and processes and make instructions easier to comprehend. Integrate user-friendly content in illustrations, graphs, and infographics for enhanced user experience. Maintain information required for functional and operational teams reference (e.g. user lists) as required. Maintain documentation storage structure as per set standard.
