Development of secure telecommunication systems

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

An innovative company specializing in the development and production of secure telecommunication systems.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Project manager to be part of our friendly and professional team.

Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and organization of documentation, including its preparation, archiving and storage.
• Work with simple technical documentation, preparation of specifications of technical requirements, etc.
• Communicating with suppliers and contractors, liaising with external parties, clarifying order details and managing relationships.
• Preparation of various reports, data analysis.
• Coordination of travel and business trips.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with different parties.
• Confident use of Word and Excel, Google services.
• Correspondence-level English: sufficient level for written interaction with English-speaking partners.
• High self-organization and responsibility: the ability to effectively plan one's work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks carefully and accurately.

Will be a plus:
• Technical education
• Spoken English
• Work experience in the position of project manager or similar.
