Responsibilities: conclusion of marketing contracts with suppliers; extension of the term of contracts; preparation of reports on marketing activities for suppliers; agreement with suppliers; preparation of appendices/reports to marketing contracts on marketing activities; preparation of acts of completed work and reconciliation; accounts; submission of documents for registration of tax invoices in the accounting department; signature of original primary documents/handover to the supplier/control of return of documents. Requirements: higher education; work experience in a similar position from 1 year; knowledge of types of marketing activities; order and rules of reporting and preparation of reports on marketing activities; rules for drawing up contracts/appendices to contracts/acts of work performed and offsetting; mastery of Adobe Photoshop; business correspondence skills; confident user of MSOffice PC, e-mail; attention to detail, responsibility, activity, perseverance.
