We implement projects for such companies as TEVA, GSK, Sandoz, ARTERIUM, MSD , Farmak, Bayer and others. We are currently looking for a Document Management Manager to join our team. Basic requirements: confident PC user, Microsoft Office (CRM systems/Bitrix — preferably, knowledge of Excel — above average); knowledge of document management, basic concepts of agreements, taxes (VAT); the ability to conduct business correspondence, attention to details, diligence, accuracy. Functional duties: Communication with pharmacy chains regarding the signing of Agreements. Document management support with pharmacy chains (EDO and paper). Uploading document scans to the crm system. Processing files from the customer for uploading to the system, checking data in documents and correcting errors found. Calculation of total sums for all legal entities of pharmacy chains. The company offers: Official employment from the first working day. Possibility of remote work.
