Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for the creation and implementation of DEI strategy and procedures
• Initiates audits and studies to assess the state of DEI
• Organizes educational programs and trainings
• Implements corporate initiatives for an inclusive environment
• Attracts investments for accessible of work spaces
• Implements DEI approaches to employment
• Provides support to DEI managers
• Interacts with public organizations and foundations
• Monitors compliance with DEI Policy
