The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), persons affected by war, persons in need of international protection, persons stateless, high-risk stateless persons and undocumented persons. Since the beginning of the military invasion in Eastern Ukraine, the Foundation has been monitoring the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Today, the Fund works in almost all regional centers and communities within the respective regions.
OBLIGATIONS AND TASKS
Under the direct supervision of the project's Product Specialist, regional logistician and the general management of the senior transport logistician, the employee must:
identify the most vulnerable residents of communities and IDPs, identify their needs according to the conditions of the project;
on the basis of previously provided lists of households in need of assistance, verify the collected data and compliance with project criteria;
transfer qualitatively collected data in the agreed format for processing to the regional logistician;
conduct telephone conversations with beneficiaries and weatherchew the distribution schedule, ensuring the presence of representatives of the DG on the day of distribution;
prepare packages of necessary documents for the distribution;
be responsible for communications with logistics partners and/or suppliers that ensure the delivery of goods to the place of distribution;
preference is given to candidates who have their own car.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
readiness for significant work in the "fields" (outside the office);
readiness for a large number of trips and more than normal working hours;
readiness for physical exertion (participation in unloading aid, carrying aid to a storage place, etc. in case of critical need);
the ability to collect information in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project;
skills to prepare reports (analytical, on a separate incident);
understanding humanitarian principles;
excellent communication skills, readiness for daily communication with people (IDPs, representatives of government institutions);
self-motivation;
flexibility;
awareness of the situation in the area where the project is implemented will be a significant advantage.
