Yo, people! Zen is looking for a Distribution Department Manager/Project manager at the ENKO label. ENKO is a Ukrainian music label whose goal is to create new Ukrainian music that will be heard all over the world! The Enko label is a synthesis of hip-hop, ethnicity and modernity. Our artists: alyona alyona, KALUSH, Kalush Orchestra, SKOFKA, KOZAK SIROMAHA! Our ideal candidate: has experience in a similar position for at least 1 year; with developed analytical skills, the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them; with a prompt response to any tasks; active and proactive - in show business there is no way without this! possesses written and spoken English at a level not lower than B1 - you need to negotiate with Universal Music, and they are still learning Ukrainian :) Responsibilities: release of songs on all streaming platforms; communication with artists and their management regarding services provided by the label; pitching and promo promotion of tracks or albums; signing agreements on cooperation and transfer of rights; reporting on each release; checking releases for errors + sending edits to Universal, monitoring corrections; curation of new directions; support of the artist and his management at all stages of both release and collaboration with the label; communication, solving operational issues with partners (Universal Music, Spotify) in English; participation in label management processes (meetings, retrospectives, monthly reporting).
