We are looking for Distance education specialist!

What needs to be done?

• Analyze training needs together with business customers.
• Design course structures, scenarios and learning journeys.
• Develop educational materials (courses, videos, microcontent, tests, gamification formats, etc.).
• Write educational texts, descriptions, storytelling and promotional content for courses (banners, announcements, landing pages, internal campaigns).
• Develop scripts for interactives, video lessons, podcasts etc.
• Test and refine content based on feedback from users and customers.
• Administer and maintain LMS.

What do we expect?

• Knowledge of methods of analysis and identification of training needs.
• Ability to write clearly, interestingly and adaptively for different educational formats content 
• Ability to adapt complex topics into a clear and visually appealing learning experience.
• Skills in the Articulate 360 ​​application ecosystem and remote learning system administration (LMS Collaborator), ability to work in photo and video editors (Adobe ecosystem applications, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia, etc.) will be an advantage. 
• Responsibility and self-organization (ability to work independently and take responsibility for project management).
• Communication, ability to workteamwork, creativity, critical and analytical thinking.
