Your tasks :implement and develop the direction of distance learning in the company; support and develop the direction of distance learning in the company; adapt classroom training programs for the distance learning system; automate distance learning and adaptation processes; create electronic training courses and testing for them; provide technical support to course participants; to synchronize electronic and classroom training; to develop training content in cooperation with business area experts and customers; to introduce new training technologies; to generate creative ideas that can be used in the training process. You are an ideal candidate if: you have a higher education and have additionally "pumped up" your professional skills knowledge, skills and abilities at trainings, seminars, business courses; you have certification; you have experience as an E-learning manager, LMS administrator; you know how to communicate and work in a team; you confidently work at the level of an experienced user in LMS, MS Office (Excel, Power Point), iSpring Suite, Articulate Storyline 360; you know Photoshop tools /Illustrator, Canva, Open Broadcast Studio; you understand the teaching methodology, operate with different methods; you are constantly learning and interested in new things in the field of E-learning.
