Dispatchers team lead, dispatcher in Flexx Freight, Inc.

Flexx Freight is a fast-growing company in the US market and we are currently expanding our team.

We are looking for a mentor for dispatchers, an active and focused leader to join our team of the team, who is ready to develop with us and develop people.

We are considering work in the office, so we are looking for candidates ready to relocate.

Our ideal candidate:

• has experience working as a dispatcher in the US market from 2 years;
• knows how to properly organize a team, motivate it and jointly achieve better results;
• initiative and ready to take responsibility for his team;
• knows English at minimum B2 level.

Experience as a supervisor, team leader, team coordinator will be a significant advantage!

What you will need to do:

• manage a team of dispatchers: the team ensures that dispatchers work efficiently and fulfill their duties on time;
• team support: the team helps in solving difficult issues and situations;
• motivation of the team: the team sets goals, helps to achieve them and recognizes achievements;
• training and development: the team leader prescribes training materials for the team, trains newcomers and develops the team;
• in order not to lose skills and fully understand the market, tim ice will also perform the work of a dispatcher - 40% of the working time.

Working schedule: 15:00—01:00, Mon-Fri.
