Dispatchers team lead, dispatcher in Flexx Freight, Inc.

We are looking for a mentor for dispatchers, an active and purposeful team leader who is ready to develop with us and develop people in our team. We are considering work in the office, so we are looking for candidates who are ready to relocate. Our ideal candidate: has experience working as a dispatcher in the US market for at least 2 years; knows how to properly organize a team, motivate it and achieve better results together; proactive and ready to take responsibility for his team; speaks English at a minimum B2 level. Experience as a supervisor , the team leader, coordinator will be a significant advantage! What you will need to do: manage a team of dispatchers: the team leader ensures that the dispatchers work efficiently and fulfill their duties on time; team support: the team leader helps in solving difficult issues and situations; team motivation: the team leader sets goals, helps them achieve them and marks them for achievement; training and development: the team leader prescribes training materials for the team, trains newcomers and develops the team; in order not to lose skills and fully understand the market, tim led will also perform the work of a dispatcher - 40% of the working time. Working hours: 15:00-01:00, Mon-Fri.
