Dispatcher with Polish language (Carrier Service Dispatcher) in BusSistem, TOV

Right now we are looking for a responsible Carrier Service Dispatcher to work with carriers and update bus flight data.

What will you do / your areas of responsibility:

• Administration of data in the BusSystem (updating schedules, quotas, tariffs, promotions, service information, closing/opening flights, forming passenger lists).
• Creation and administration of carrier pages on the company website
• Operational communication in dispatcher chats, clarifying information about flights and crossing borders.
• Processing incoming mail, setting tasks and monitoring performance.
• Technical support for carriers: consultations, Dispatcher system user training.

What we expect from you:

• Excellent communication skills, organization, attention to detail.
• Confident PC user, MS Office, willingness to learn new things.
• Experience with information systems or in the transport/logistics field - advantage.
• Polish language - level B1-B2 to communicate with partners.
• Other languages are welcome.
