To become adispatcher (input line)of our team and show the result,

Have the following skills:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (we will also consider without experience); li>
• High level of communication, customer orientation, organizational and leadership qualities;
• Fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language;
• Orientation on quality results;
• Skills work in Excel (not complex calculations), preferably experience in CRM Bitrix.

We offer the following work cases:

• Management of the request processing cycle: (reception, processing, redistribution, dispatching, completion of the agreement);
• Organization and control of application execution according to the algorithm;
• Maintenance of application execution calendar;
• Communication with the client;
• Reporting on the fulfillment of applications;
• Setting up and monitoring the implementation of standards for working with clients;
• Participation in new Company projects involving the contact center, etc.
