They specialize in FTL freight — particularly refrigerated and frozen food, over-dimensional freight, multi-pick and multi-drop shipments, and fresh produce.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOversee After-Hour customer communicationDevelop carrier relationships to support our customers effectivelySend and Receive Rate ConfirmationsGive timely and competitive expedited spot quotations after-hoursBuild tenders as they come over after-hours promptly and efficientlyManage AH load postings, coordinate inbound and outbound calling to carriersSend BOL and ETA to Truckload Account Managers and Managed Account ManagersCover all urgent freight that is critical after-hours and assist with overflow/PTO-challenged shipmentsUtilize carrier analytics and other internal resources to make informed buying decisionsMaintain and grow relationships with carrier accounts, including conducting account reviews and identifying opportunities for additional collaborationResolve problems, including identifying issues, thinking critically to determine the best course of action, and implementing solutionsObserve our bandwidth AH, make suggestions on continuous improvement for customer/carrier support AHContact with carriers to determine availability and negotiate transportation ratesProvide consistent and exceptional service levels to contracted carriers and internal customersUnderstand the technology platform and drive automationLeverage technology to secure carriers for customer shipmentsStudy and understand market trends and seasonalityProvide tracking and tracing information throughout the life of the order as required by the customer through communication with the carrierWorking conditions:Remote eligibilityyShifts would be as follows (Ukraine working hours)1st person would work:Wednesday: 02:00 — 06:00 Thursday: 02:00 — 14:00Friday: 02:00 — 14:00Saturday: 02:00 — 14:00 2nd person: Sunday: 02:00 — 14:00Monday: 02:00 — 14:00Tuesday: 02:00 — 14:00Wednesday: 02:00 — 06:00Competitive Salary in USDRemote mode of work10+ business days of paid time offTeam building and corporate eventsEquipment providedA supportive teamJob requirements1+ years of experience in logisticsStrong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence othersAbility to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment while also delivering independent resultsExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenDriven, enthusiastic, and highly motivatedAbility to build strong relationshipsStrong organization skills, prioritization skills, and working with a sense of urgency.High attention to detail and ability to multitaskExceptional customer service skillsProven problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with transportation management systems, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as the ability and willingness to learn new softwareSpeak and write in English fluently
