Dispatch engineer for technical support of networks and services in Kiyivstar

Temporary position General purpose of the position: Ensuring uninterrupted functioning of the Company's telecommunication network equipment. Main functional duties: organization of emergency recovery work (AVR) at network facilities; monitors, collects data and analyzes problems on the network using equipment monitoring tools; determines priority of works; determines the organizational plan for the execution of emergency works; organizes the involvement of employees of the company or a subcontractor to perform preventive and/or emergency recovery works; monitors and accompanies the progress of works (from the moment of receipt of the task to the complete completion of the task and elimination of the problem); informs customers and relevant departments The company regarding the causes of emergency situations; ensures the effectiveness of the emergency and recovery service process with other tasks of technical divisions; coordinates the emergency and recovery service process of network objects in the fixed territory with the general process of managing the network and services of the Company. Qualification requirements for candidates: education: higher technical in the field of communications, telecommunications; knowledge of the principles of building a cellular network and the assignment of its elements, the principles of building electrical networks in the field of telecommunications; the desire to learn and develop in a team; an experienced PC user.
