The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine is seeking a qualified specialist.

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)[1] programme, a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine. 

Submissions deadline: 23:59 (Kyiv time) on February 9, 2026.

Potential candidates should submit:

  • Completed Application Form (in English)
  • NDA Form (in Ukrainian)
  • CV (in English)
  • Reference Letter from a recent/current supervisor (original in English or Ukrainian with English translation)
  • Contact details of two further referees who, if contacted, can confirm the candidate's professional and/or educational background.

Recovery and Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine is part of the "Recovery and Reform Architecture in Ukraine" (URA) program[1], introduced by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union for supporting important recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.
