The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)[1] programme, a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

Recovery and Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine is part of the "Recovery and Reform Architecture in Ukraine" (URA) program[1], introduced by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union for supporting important recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.
