Rudy Renaud Rudy Renaud Manager, Talent Aquisition Description You are a creative and forward-looking strategist with enterprise-wide planning capabilities that will play a meaningful role in evolving our business and driving sustained business growth. You will develop strategic plans with our internal stakeholders focused on enhancing revenue and margin and increasing market share. You bring excellent quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills and an ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into actionable strategic plans. Reporting directly to the SVP of Growth & Strategic Planning, the Director, Strategy and Business Planning, is responsible for developing, communicating, and tracking Celsius business planning and process deliverables and milestones across internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a working knowledge of the retail, consumer, and shopper landscape as well as DSD RTM/Bottlers. The role requires demonstrated acumen in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders, driving strategic and joint business planning initiatives, and enhancing internal and external customer relationships. The Director, Strategy and Business Planning, is a critical conduit in collaborating across cross-functional teams that include marketing, sales, operations, and finance to ensure successful planning and communication of long-term and AOP planning. The goal is to drive the CELSIUS brand portfolio’s look of success in the market and elevate our partnership with our strategic partners. This role requires strong project management skills, ability to influence, and capability to navigate cross-functionally at all levels. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of short and long-term strategic plans for enterprise-level strategy, new business development, portfolio management, and marketplace opportunity perspective. Strategy Integration: Be a catalyst in elevating the strategic partnerships across Celsius stakeholders through collaboratively planning, communicating, and scorecarding multi-year strategies and AOP plans. Cross-Functional Communication: Support leadership team in developing and communicating strategic plans, including executive and management presentations. Build relationships across the business to drive commitment and implement innovation and transformation activities related to our multi-year strategies and new business models. Performance Monitoring: Analyze syndicated and financial data to support and develop commercial strategic plans. Research, coordinate, and prepare operational updates and business plans that support the business strategy and objectives. Commercial Insights: Generate insights from internal analytics, financial reporting, and industry sources to identify growth corridors and enhance strategic capabilities across the enterprise. Financial Management: Lead components of annual operating budget plans and corresponding management presentations including outlining key components of strategic initiatives, researching alternatives, developing estimates, and coordinating inputs from functional areas. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with commercial sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure implementation of key business initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in strategic or commercial planning, channel strategy or marketing roles, preferably in CPG or food/beverage industry. Strong knowledge of commercial planning principles, strategies, and tactics. Must have strategy, sales, or marketing experience. Excellent understanding of consumer and shopper behavior, retail marketplace dynamics, and project management experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial and channel strategies specifically. Proficiency in market data analysis, and performance measurement. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and bottlers. Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team of cross-functional professionals. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
