About The RoleThe Director, Operations is responsible for guiding a team of talented individuals in a variety of areas, including manufacturing, technical support, supply chain and process implementation and improvement, at an exciting and growing scientific research company in the RTP area of North Carolina. This role is expected to be on site, during standard business hours.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Oversee manufacturing of multiple device linesOversee manufacturing of multiple test linesProvide senior leadership with production metricsOversee customer technical support and related service metricsWork with the Engineering team to solve technical issuesOversee supply chain and order fulfillmentBe responsible for EHS complianceSkills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be comfortable in the role of high-level management and also be willing to roll up the sleeves when the need arises. Experience operating in a cGMP environment.
