We are looking for a person who:

Has experience in managing a team and motivating colleagues

Can organize the work of the store and solve operational problems tasks

Has strong communication skills, easily trains and supports colleagues

Responsible, proactive and always with a positive attitude

Experience in the fashion industry will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:

• Managing the administrative activities of the store: cash register, reports, inventories
• Coordinating the work of the team sellers?consultants
• Consulting clients - together with the team
• Ensuring compliance with VOVK standards in the studio
• Executing the set plan
• Submitting new ideas to improve service and sales
