We are currently looking for a specialist who can head the Center for Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy and Inclusive Education named after the Righteous John of Kronstadt. This is a large-scale project aimed at providing comprehensive assistance to children and adults with musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders. Center location: Dnipro, Pidgorodnoe Required skills:

• Medical education is not mandatory. It is important to understand business processes
• Experience in a managerial position
• Understanding of internet marketing development tools (preferably commercial medical facility)
• Experience in public sector/social sector work (preferred)
• Leadership, communication skills, organizational talent, flexible thinking.

The following tasks will be set before you:

• Update of the medical center development strategy through the expansion of the package of commercial services and expansion of partner programs and attraction of new clients;
• Analysis of the main performance indicators and determination of measures to improve the quality of medical services;
• Coordination and resolution of issues related to the center's financial and economic activity, profitability;
• Implementation of activities aimed at strengthening the brand and attracting the attention of target customers;
• Continuous work to increase the performance indicators of the medical center;
• Control of grant applications, fundraising campaigns;
• Development of cooperation with NSHU.
